Reviews of Natural Bridge Caverns San Antonio

The caverns were amazing! It was a perfect trip for my two elementary aged daughters and i. The walk wasn't too long or difficult and there was many new sights to keep my 6 year old occupied. It is a bit muggy and humid so be prepared and wear comfortable walking shoes with good traction. Some of the trail is steep and can get very wet. There's also all kinds of ziplines and climbing things inside the park as well. We really enjoyed the ice cream and fudge shop too. My girls also were able to pan for gemstones and that was a big hit. This is a great activity that can be done in a few hours or there's enough to spend a whole day. I definitely plan on going back.

We were happy to be part of the discovery tour and to see the caverns that were over 100 years old... Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable of the caverns history. Loved it!!

Superb, if some one has not seen these caves they are missing one of the rare beauties of the earth.

At first we only went here because my kids begged us to go, but we ended up having a wonderful time. The cave is so beautiful and there was tons to learn. It was definitely worth the trip!

Had a fantastic time. Its a bit more physically challenging than we expected but im so glad we made the choice. Have been to howe caverns in. Y and these texas caves out then to shame. Never expected the beauty i saw.

Was great for my 8 year old and 5 year old boys. Not so much for my 2 year old. We will try again with him in a few years but it was a wonderful experience and kept my kids interest.

Very awesome

Our bad luck to get a guide that did not care about customer service. He did not ever really answer any questions. Due to recent heavy rainfall in the area our route through the caverns had to be modified. This was understandable. However, our guide rushed the group to the point that we finished what was supposed to be a 75 minute tour in less than 45 minutes. Aside from the guide, the rest of the staff were friendly and quite helpful. Above ground was clean and enjoyable. Bought several souvenirs due to the helpful staff and very reasonable prices.

Be ready for a lot of walking but it is worth it.

We enjoyed the tour. The are so many things to do there if you want to pay to do them. You could easily spend an entire day here.

We have never experienced this before and it was awesome! There was a very small line to show our voucher and get out tickets and we were off to the caves. This was a very interesting and the employees there helped explain each cave and formation. We also enjoyed the little gift shops and challenge course and life size maze.

This was the most interesting and magical part of our trip. I'd go again in a heartbeat.

We had a blast. I went here as a child and loved it. I wanted to share the experience with my boys. They enjoyed it. It's a lot of walking an my little one got tired towards the end but he loved it too.

Natural bridge caverns is beautiful. Very beautiful and awesome. I was completely obsessed with that. I want to take my family there next time. Thank you for staffs kindness. See you next time sure!

Very nice place long trip inside but it's worth same thing they explain super well also i still had my souvenirs from that trip.

Beautiful but a lil walking up and down hills required may consider personal limitations.

Nice, cool, & relaxing getaway.

Expected caverns to be cool but they were nearly as hot as outside with much greater humidity. The tour guide was satisfactory.
