The cruise tour was a great experience. It's a must when you visit san antonio. We went on 4th of july since we already booked the ticket from vacationsmadeeasy site, we don't have to wait for the long line, it was fast and easy. The customer server even called us a week before to remind us about the trip and where to park and get the ticket. A customer service and after sales support.

Rating this experience is a no-brainer5 stars all the way the san antonio river boat ride with our host, bob, was an absolute delight, especially during the dia de los muertos festival. Bob was a treasure trove of knowledge, pointing out mouthwatering restaurants that made my stomach rumble with anticipation. We even caught a glimpse of the vibrant show at la violeta historic village, which added to the festive atmosphere. The rich historical insights about the architecture and culture of san antonio made the ride not only enjoyable but educational. We loved the river boat cruise. The captain of the boat was very fun and informative. We learned the history of the riverwalk buildings and statues. It is worth taking the tour. They also included tickets to the aquarium. We took time out and visited there also. Very fun, and some habitats are interactive.

We took our tour at night to see the lights. We were not disappointed in those the river lighted up at night is even more beautiful. Our captain, pete, was funny and knowledgeable about the area. The only reason i didnt put 5 stars is because most of the the things pete talked about were on the side opposite from where we were sitting. I did appreciate that my wife was accommodated with her wheelchair

The river cruise was great, dinner mystery show was great, however, the ghost tour “ madames & mayhem” left much to be desired. The guide, chris i think, bas just walked us around in a large circle, showed a few places, then would say “ go take pictures “. He was wearing a headset and talking too fast was very difficult to understand half of what he said. A huge waste of time, money.

It was awesome. Our guide was funny and interesting, telling us something about the statues on and buildings around the riverwalk. He described the difference in the holiday appearance also. We were enjoying it so much i guess we forgot to take pictures lol.

Sadly, it rained much of the afternoon and evening of our only day in san antonio, but the last boat of the evening took our adventurous adult grandchildren on their (almost private) tour of the river, which we elderly folks have enjoyed before, many times. It was a great success. It gave them a highlight of the visit, so we appreciated it greatly...I still have our two tickets left, assuming we might be able to use them later in the year?

Our family really enjoyed our riverwalk cruise in san antonio. The guide was great. He knew his history and made it very entertaining. After a day of walking the area and seeing the alamo, floating on the water was relaxing and gave us a beautiful perspective of the area not seen from the sidewalk.

It so beautiful and learning the history behind san antonio thru our driver was amazing. There’s no way possible i could have remembered and explained what our host did. Big ups to them. Really really really loved our boat ride on the san antonio riverwalk with gorio. I was a little worried because reviews i had read in advance talked about long lines and some very long waits to get on the boat even with pre-purchased tickets and my anxiety went up a bit when we got there and indeed, that first evening, the riverwalk was super crowded and boat-ride lines were huge. But when i picked up our tickets, i asked the staff member when the least crowded time was to go and he said first thing in the morning when they open at 10. So my family and i showed up at the onboarding site at 9:45 and got on the first boat, which was great. Guide/boat-driver was friendly and super informative and interesting. He even pointed out things that we could walk back to after the ride to experience later in our trip. Boat ride was smooth and just really really fun for all of us, two young kids, one teen, middle-aged parents and older grandmother. Everyone really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!!

As many times as we have been to san antonio, this is the first time our family has ever gone on a river cruise. Our tour guide, aaron, was fantastic! He was funny and full of information about the history of the area along the riverwalk. The cruise was the perfect link, not too long and not too short. All four thoroughly enjoyed it it was fun and the driver was entertaining. We all learned so much about the buildings and about san antonio as a whole.

The san antonio river walk is one of the coolest things i’ve ever seen. I was walking with my husband & adult son and saw the river cruise boat. I said hey we should do that & they kinda grumbled & weren’t interested….But if mama is happy everyone is happy so they gave in. It was a different & wonderful perspective of the river, buildings, bridges & landscape. The narration also was very informative and we learned a lot. We absolutely enjoyed downtown san antonio. The riverwalk by far was the highlight of my trip. I have never experienced anything like it. We walked, talked and enjoyed the sights, bars and restaurants. In addition, it was a great way to stay out of the texas sun and heat.
